EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I LOVE MY CURRENT JOB, IT IS A VERY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. THE MOST TYPICAL WORD DAY IS WHEN WE DO REGISTRATIONS FOR OUR STUDENTS THEN THE CAMPUS IS PACKED FULL OF STUDENTS. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS IS STRICTLY WORK RELATED. I LEARNT A LOT AT UNISA, HOW TO WORK WITH PEOPLE AND HOW TO TREAT THEN, AS WELL AS TO STAY CALM AT ALL TIMES. I MOST ENJOY THE COMPANY AND PEOPLE I WORK WITH, AS WELL AS MY ADMIN WORK. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS IS WHEN STUDENTS COME IN FOR REGISTRATION AND DONT WANT TO EXCEPT WHEN IT IS CLOSING TIME AND WE CAN NOT HELP THEM ANYMORE SO THEY ARGUE WITH STAFF AND DONT WANT TO LEAVE THE CAMPUS.

Cons: STRESSFUL STUDENTS

Excellent learning curve

Vey challenging institution. Focused on building student academically and in other areas of life. Was very involved in community outreach programs - my passion. There are activities to explore everyon's interests

HIV Researcher

Its nice and challenging working in communities and with different kind off people and cultures.And working as a team,giving ideas and plannings for the day ahead its very usefull as targets has to be reach.Im very goal driven and like to puss to reach my daily target.Ive learned in life to never judge people for who and what they are.

Pros: I always deliver my best and indeed available to learn more.
Cons: flexi working hours and overtime
