No growth

Just a normal working day. You must be willing to work hard and long hours. There are no room for growth at this company. Be prepared to work long before being made permanent. Staff are very nice and friendly.. but top management only greets certain people according to your position.

Good place to kickstart your career

A typical work day would be to clock in, in the mronings. Check the book to see what breakdowns happened over night. Fix the morning wuick breakdowns. Than move onto the bigger breakdowns and planned maintenance. Co-workers are fun. Great team to work with. Can depend on each other to lebd that extra hand. What i enjoyed most was or is doing major tough breakdowns, to prove to myself that i can do anything. Modifcation and redisgn are one of the aspects i enjoy most. Being able to remake a part within my capacity and my own design.

Pros: Great place to learn.
Cons: Sometimes people can get you into trouble.
