Good working environment and co workers are very supportive

I have learnt so many things and gained new skills. I like the working environment of this municipality. I enjoy working with my colleagues and they are very supportive. they were very welcoming the day I got here. The only challenge in this organisation is when reports are required from the management. It is not always easy to get information flowing from the top management to the middle management. workin

Excellent learning curve

A well planned day to day activities to be performed. There is a mutual understanding amongst my co-workers since my job requires team work . I have learnt to plan, execute ,report and do follow up on different projects. I enjoy doing interviews with sectional heads because I always get to know the processes and operations for different departments. The most challenging part of my job is to deal with arrogant people who always think conducting an audit is about looking for something to spy them about.

Pros: I am looking forward to grow in this field as professional as possible so that I will be able to be competetive in job market and add value to the organization.
Cons: Unplanned working schedule that lead to poor performance
