Excellent working curve

I enjoyed every moment everyday.Colleagues were friendly and also the seniors including the bosses. I have gained a lot of experience in the industry and also learned to success in the industry.RTT gave a ladder to step up meanwhile UTI gave me a platform to shine in the furture.I've face more challenges and also learned how to solve them. I can say I'm the best I am today because of LOGISTIC industry. The worst challenges you face is when the client did not receive the service at the time he/she wanted to. You then need to make a plan think fast to redeem the companies name but be careful of running a company to loss.

Pros: you get noticed by clients that gives you a better chance for other companies
Cons: long hour

I leaned to become a better and good road user

UTI has taught me a lot on how to be responsible. I learned how to be a cautious driver and made sure to deliver goods/ parcels to the clients on time. I traveled lots of places and now I am familiar with a lot of places in and around of Gauteng. I enjoy socializing with the clients I met everyday and they are also happy with my service. Now I know how to work under pressure without experiencing any kinds of difficulties. I am grateful of UTI. The most challenging aspect of my job is when I have to deliver a lot of parcels to the clients in one day but because I know how to manage my time, it becomes easier for me to manage all my deliveries.

Pros: Working as a driver is challenging and hard work.It requires focus, concentration and enjoyment
Cons: 13 hours a day

I am a dedicated person who is willing to maximize my potential through a growing freight industries , I am a fast learner who is ambitious and passionate in building my career .

Pros: I am a team player with positive attitude for collective results
Cons: i am able to work with or without supervission regardles of hours or overtime when required

It was very nice to work there

It was very big inside there we used to work in the other side of pdc company we used to count the stock and reserve invoce an take tht was in the invoce string wrap an put it in the track or whr ever whr it gos an let it go . But before we tak it out we used to check if everything is good it ohk we let it go .

Pros: it was going good
Cons: 7am to 4pm

Well work ing at uti has been a great opportunity for me to grow mentally physically and to better know myself because the environment is challenging. It requires you commitment to reach a good standard of production

Think and act fast

Like challenges , think and act fast. Add values, great ideas .come up with smart solution whenever you meet any conflict within the team. To minimize long working hours by working quick. Accurately determines good work.

Pros: commitment and focus is the main important things that are the best as a operations supervisor.
Cons: great ideas and working hard to meet deadline.

Great experience to work at uti with excellent learning curve

It was great experience to work at uti for the past four years,and great learning curve.I have to communicate with different people of all colour and age,race.

Pros: Great opportunity to established yourself.
Cons: The 13th cheque was cutter at the middle of 2008
