Great environment, Exciting team and excellent learning curve indeed.

I have learnt so much since i started working here, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. I am now able to multi task, work very well in in a team. My job is not the most difficult job but requires a lot of attention and communication as you need the team to stay on top of things, the challenging part is sourcing companies to participate in the programme but other wise it is by far the most exciting job to do and exciting team to be part of.

Was indeed an excellent learning curve, I have learnt so much from this organisation.

Semi Skilled

We run different projects based on education, I have a team of 6 people whereby we implementing and managing the TechnoGirl Programme whereby we source learners for companies from different school, firstly we make an appointment with the companies to inform them about the programme if they interested they will come onboard from there we source learners for them but starting at the Department of Education first. we do all the admin then the learners will attend a 5 day period during holidays.we give stipend for food and transport, we take learners from grade 9 to 11 you can imagine sometimes they lose their cards then we have to make sure they get their money here im talking about +-1500 learners.

Pros: I am enthusiastic, energetic, able to adapt to new environments. I am able to relate well to young and matured people. As a result I am able to help and motivate others to achieve and fulfill their potential.
Cons: i work till late so that i can finish my task

Great working environment, excellent learning curve and great team to work with.

I have learnt a lot from working at Uweso Consulting, the team is great, the work load can be hectic but that is what makes it exciting and more challenging and also makes the learning great and worth it. Having to work with schools, district officials and companies is challenging and can get very stressful at times but the team makes it exciting.

Pros: There are none really therefore i am seeking for greener pastures
Cons: Dealing with school kids and my salary

Good environment and too much experience

Everyday is like a new day to me because always new things to learn. Dealing with the programme and being expose to different methods of doing the work. My co workers are very friendly and always helpfull. I have learnt to multi task, use the survey monkey for capturing, mail merge and collecting stats. I enjoy the intake more because i deal with girls from different provinces and companies as well. The most challenging aspect about my job is working under pressure and communicating with learners who are not near to me during intakes.

Pros: N/A
Cons: 8 hours a day
