Excellent experience in technical management and marketing

It been a journey working with various type of equipment in financial and banking industry in office and out on sites. Been able to be a work with senior management doing planning marketing to improve service and increase business. Doing training to subordinate. Starting new projects in other provinces and employing new staff and training to work out environment. Testing new software and hardware in our environment. ensuring client get the best possible service all times. Ensuring product are operational at all times. Enjoyed working with clients and staff on sites to improve performance and production. Challenges working outdoors in rain and cold weather and long hour EG 18 hours a day

Pros: Great experience out working out on fied wild poor clients and government departments
Cons: Long working hours EG 14 to 18 a day in closing traveling

Perfect working environment

A typical day at work includes providing daily stats to provincial office via Email, responding to daily client queries and submitting monthly staff returns. As a Support Supervisor, the goal is to motivate staff and ensure they comply with the rules and regulations of the company. I have learnt that by being a support supervisor, I must lead by example

Good company to work for, and great learning experience

Good working for this company i learnt many things and gained alot in the department of Admin, we had a good relationship from the superious to all the staff. They were fun to work with and serious when need be towards to their work.mostly i enjoyed working with all staff as i was a fleet manager drivers liked to joke and ask me for mileage everyday because i use to ask them on thursdays of every week but when they see me they will joke about vehicle checklist and mileage.

Good company

Iam a payment operator, i perform many operations under the title, mainly i pay out grants to sassa beneficiaries. This includes working in a counting house where we receive money, count and split to prepare for payouts. I also do technical desktop assistance on site including ware and tare, systems upgrade, hardware and software.

Pros: Good company and great atmosphere to work under with good colleagues

Experience i have gained so far has been great.

Working hours has never been hectic. We as an office workers has formed a great team . Challenge is working with many colleagues , taught me to be gentle , understanding and be a loving person , regardless of circumstances. What i really do enjoy most is when we share work , help each other , cover each other and have fun together , that's an utmost important things that made me wake up every morning to go to work. Challenges i have came across is that company didn't gave that precious opportunity to grow and experience other aspects of challenges , and to show them what am capable of doing.

Pros: Well great opportunity of promotion was to become an Administrative Clerk.
Cons: Normal working hours.
