Good learner

I work very hard and love what i do and grow myself in it. I work very well under pressure and remain very committed to what i do.I love working with people and learning different cultures. I love team buildings cause they grow you as person and the people you work with.

Working well with co-workers

My day at work always start with going through my e-mails to see who needs what, co-workers of clients. Then I would do filing work, data capturing and make sure all things in my diary is done. Me and my co-workers have a very good relationship. I make time to talk to them and listen to some who would need encouraging. We are a good team. I enjoy the fact that we can be open and honest with each other and I have learnt that life is so much easier when engaging with people. The most challenging is to get clients to understand that Rome wasn't build in one day! People with problems want them solved in 12 hours and it is really not always going to happen that way.

Pros: One can study and get promoted.
Cons: Retrenchment

I love my job and enjoy working with the people employed at this company. The vibe and energy is what drives the passion. Sitting at board room meeting was enjoyable. I always learned something new. Great company to work for
