Pros: there are no boundaries when it comes to expanding one's experience
Cons: there's a lot of work done but the salary scale could do with a boost

Progressive can do attitude

Attached on my resume last page It has been an honor to be part of corporate yet I have leant and acquired alot of knowledge in terms of corporate communications. Working with such users has taught me discipline and to be professional at all time.

Pros: room for progress
Cons: as long as am doing what I like time doesn't seem to matter

Room for progression

Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Research questions using available information resources. Advise user on appropriate action. Follow standard help desk procedures. Log all help desk interactions and update with all actions taken, Re-assign IT Service desk calls via the system to the correct resource (Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions, Stay informed with current system information, changes and updates) Troubleshoot problems and assisting user’s/production pc’s when on Standby.
