Nedbank is a good company, fun to work for, most developing and growing as well, a company you develop yourself an individual and make sure you achieve a lot. i enjoyed motivating my team and being a role model to them. I have learned how to be responsible and to be on point and meet my deadline.

Great place to work at
I had a wonderful time working at nedbank, the staff members where friendly and im a very good team player I loved the fact that I had a monthly target that was set for me to reach evrey month I enjoyed having have to plan my day before going to work, knowing what I have to achieve daily to be able to reach my monthly target i was excited by the fact that I met different people with different personality

I am credit risk monitoring manager
Working hors 8-9 hrs. daily i am credit risk monitoring manager , an all rounder in banking filed with vast knowledge in credit , credit risk , credit monitoring , risk monitoring ,client services and sales

Great company to work for with lots of potential to grow to greater heights. Co-Workers vary as per culture and background some are great to work with will some are a handful

Excellent learning curve
I am a driven, self motivated individual who is outgoing and thoroughly enjoys working within a vibrant team. I have a great working relationship with my co-workers and I am generally easy to get along with. I adapt easily to change and enjoy a good challenge. I'm a go- getter, quick thinker and an overall creative. Currently pursuing a qualification in Public Relations (03rd year) and I cannot wait to put all this theory into practice! I am an excellent communicator, posses awesome interpersonal skills and I make it my personal mission to thrive at everything I do. I enjoy the organisational aspect of events moreover if it entails communication with relevant stakeholders. I would like an opportunity to harness my skills around scheduling and time management.

Great place for career development
Nedbank is a great place to work the reason being I've developed advance skills and experience in delivering world class client service to different types of race, I've grown in my career level by attaining promotion from lower to higher position. I've acquire skills to work as excellent team player as it is requirement for my job The challenging part of my job its when it looks like we not going to make a target for month. What I like the mosts about my job is to make a huge difference and a good change to individual life (Client) by exceeding expectation.

Ever changing environment which creates room for growth
Working is fine but I question management style of motivating staff and recognition is lacking greatly, A typical work day includes : Morning meeting with all staff discussing important communication and sales shortfalls. Checking and Signing off reports Authorizing transactions Checking and Signing off plus authorizing correctness of bankers work and needs analysis. Motivating applications to credit that was declined eg vehicle finance and homeloans. 10h00 , 12h00 and 14h00 check in with bankers 15h30 to 16h30 telecon daily sales update providing weekly monthly sales action plans

I need a change in my duties and i need a change in my salary too
Knowledge and Skills Problem solving skills Good Written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines Ability to work in a Team, and working independently Telephone etiquette and trustworthy Organization skills Good human relation and customer care. I would like to be given an opportunity to grow my skills within the company. I am a dedicated hard worker who is unafraid of changes

Great organisation
As much as it was a great company but the Salary was not satisfactory. New staff memberso getting moready paid than the older employees. The culture was amazing and they've always put family first.

Target driven environment.
Every independent work, not much interaction with co-workers and pretty fair work.Good place for self motivation. Limiting in work development its to specific to branch out into other departments.
