Excellent learning curve

I work 8 hrs daily plus overtimes, i get well with fellow workers and maintain good relationships with them. I have learnt a lot from the company, i now know how it is to be a good leader and to solve problems. I enjoy solving problems and working on projects.

Working at Aberdare has given me a wonderful learning experience

Company review, well reputable cable production company, we manufacture all kinds of cables and supply them to Eskom, Ekurhuleni and other big companies

Great expirience aquired

My job is to attend breakdowns,complete planned and unplanned maintenance of machines and keep the plant running at optimum level. I have aquired knowledge in ssd drives siemens drives and plc and moeller control systems. I enjoy my job especial coming across new faults and unfimiliar challenges. I view my workplace as my second home and so have aquired friendships with most my collegues even though at times the pressure of the job is great i strive to keep head above the water

Its always a hectic day with lots of pressure, good people and a good learning curve. challenge is competing with competitors who are well known.
