Salary riew

Salary riew in order to check current salary scale compared to the work experience and number of year's experied in the current role being perfomed to check if i'ts market related

Pros: Staff rates on credit scoring and medical aid , staff account ,maternity benefits,pension funds

Knowledge achieved

I have learned different skills while working for this company and gained more knowledge.I enjoyed working with my clients and seeing them being happy after resolving their enquiries that was putting a smile to my face.My customer service and communication skills improved.I have learned to be honest , reliable, adapt to change easily.Accuracy was required daily. Most challenging Not getting enough time to study and sometimes working long hours . Having to give the recognation or praise where is not due.

Pros: Learning Curve and lots of knowledge.
Cons: Long working hours and having to work on Saturdays.

A passionate employee, self managed and effective time management

A day at work always interesting because is a new day,a great team player.collaborate well with my team member ,i have learnt about patience with people and that we different in our own ways, customer is the key ,team building always best times because we get to know each other

Pros: we working with respect,intergrity,service,excellency and stewardship.we leave things better than the way we found them
Cons: zero tolerance on non adherance of policies and procedure

It is quite an experience.

I work from Mon to Frid 8am to 4:30pm and saturdays 8am to 11:30am. My day to day work includes providing excellent customer service to ABSA customers and that entitles pringtingout statements, issuing of debit and credit cards. Issuing out of cheque and deposit books, logging of CCP cases for ATM complaints and log fraud cases. Always making sure that all customer's querries are resolved at first point of contact. I work very well with my fellow colleagues and my line manager.

Pros: The work is very challenging because sometimes one have to deal with irate customers.
Cons: over worked and under paid.

Team player

In my current role as a Fulfilment Consultant at Absa, I have been responsible for finalising and fulfilling applications which comes from front office, dealing with credit application, manual and scored, which when coupled with my enthusiasm and dedication as a Consultant who has completed sales and service NQF level 5, has helped the business to achieve its targets.

Great benefits

A typical work day consists of dealing with customers on the front line and admin. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. Everyday is an opportunity to learn something new. I prefer doing admin work, I enjoy that more. The challenges in my job are mostly problems with systems and sometimes extremely difficult clients
