Operations Manager at an Accounting firm, team player
I work for Diversity Consulting currently as an Operations Manager, my typical work day involves ensuring day to day Operations are effectively planned and implemented, myself and my team we are team players and engage in activities of the day all of us and still do my work as well,I have learned that when working with people you need to be mostly amongst the team rather than on top of the team however you still manage, them giving them responsibility let them come up with solution rather than giving them solutions , I have enjoyed working with funding applications especially when dealing with these funding Institutions, and also like to liaise with customers solutioning their needs and introducing more products to the portfolio that are of their needs. Challenges are there to mature all of us, any situation can be seen as a challenge in a different perspective , however my challenge is when someone does not follow clear and reasonable and instrucions.
Pros: It is a small company where, I am second hierachy from the top
Cons: 8 hours a day most of the time take work home

Talent
I am very good with people I always try my best to achieve and I oftern supprise myself like being number in the whole country for period of 2013-2015 on CET (Customer Edication & Training) which intailed budgeting and financial soundness, what i have enjoyed the most is the long lasting relationships that i have developed for the past years in and out of the province. The challenging part was those that, i couldnt befriend or the reef between us was too deep.

All case that are assigned to me are interesting. I always create a good relationship with my co-workers as part of my job i will ask them to assist me may be if i do interviews or conduct investigation. it is good to create a good relationship with your co-workers as most of your time you spend with them. On my current employer i learnt a lot of things as i am not specializing on certain cases. i investigate everything that need to be investigated. I am getting different type of cases which is what i enjoy the most on my job.
Pros: I want the new challenge.
Cons: Working long hours is not an issue as long as i finish my work.

Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal relations • Attention to details .Good relationship with my clients and the people am working with And what i really like about my job is the fact that you get a chance to grow and learn more ,there are compliance that need to be done to educate me every now and then

Responsibilities
*Receive Fica documents from customers from all Absa branches via Sybrin system which allocates the workflow in a queuing methodology *Validate that the documents received from the system and ensure that it is in accordance with the business rules and regulatory requirements. *Check customers acceptance screening applications(CASA) for the sequence number ,reference number , account number , identity number , name and surname and contact details of customers. *Check documents to verify that the first check verification done by branch employess has been acknowledged correctly. *Check that the imagined document that it is compliant and if not compliant return back to branch via the Sybrin system for them to correct and remediate. *Sort documents received from branches and index them according to the headers on the System for easy retrieval and references.

There is always a time to learn in life but that should not be forever,i feel used and under paid after 8 year s of working for the company and still sitting on the same position but doing other ppl s jobs with no recognition is very bad...wish I could find something very challenging...
Pros: promotion is what I need
Cons: boring it is to do same thing for too long
