I have accumulated invaluable skills during my working experience to date. My journey permitted me to learn the skills of teamwork, effective communications, organizational and leadership skills. The diversity of my roles skilled me to effectively multitask within any assigned tasks, and allowed me to acclimatize and learn the dos and don’ts of a fast paced environment, where deadlines are crucial to a project. I continuously strive to deliver the best of my ability to attain goals and demonstrate a sense of urgency in a busy environment.

Learning and mastering customer service
I work in customer service base environment, Mon- Fri 8 am- 4pm. I deal with customers on a daily basis and do the below tasks daily. - Attend incoming calls, sms (es), emails and faxes that customer send through or when they call in. - Assist with placing orders, advise/ or educate about the program or their account and give advice when needed. - Follow up on aftersales escalation and work towards resolution within SLA - Administration back-up for escalations - Assist with recruitment and interview for our department and help with training. I have vast experience in customer service and passionately enjoy working with customers/ clients as I get to educate, offer advice and provide information or more in the required field.

I have had my share of customer service experience for 5-6 years.
My typical work day is dealing wit complaints and resolving clients queries as soon as possible. I have an amazing relationship with my co-workers as I am always willing to learn and share my experience with everyone. I have learnt so much in the customer service industry as well as the experience picked up in various roles I enjoy engaging with people on a daily basis and helping others in my team and sharing my experience. The most challenging aspect is trying to have a members query resolved in time with the limitation of resources available at hand.

Excellent Corporate Culture
Typically, we deal with customers querying their accounts and amounts due. We also assist with resolving any delays with regards to online orders, as well as difficulties when customers want to use their cards at retail stores. Mi found my co-workers very friendly, and made life long friends. There was an excellent work atmosphere, as we often had theme days and impromptu parties or celebrations. I learnt to effectively multi-task as well as assist with online orders and liasing between customers and other departments. I enjoyed the interaction with customers both externally as well as internally. Making sure customers understand how theto use the program effectively, and make the most of it..

Cons: Not many opportunities for promotion.

Great learning experience
It is a great place to learn about the Call Centre industry and it has provided me with experience. I have started from the bottom and worked my way up. A typical day is interacting with the clients and solving queries, working in a Call Centre can be stressful but with the Colleagues that I have they make it easy. I have learnt a lot of things but the most thing I have learnt is how to deal with irate clients and how to take escalations. Inter acting with my colleagues is one of the most things I enjoy about my work. The most challenging aspect is trying to explain to a member who is rude and does not want to give a chance to speak. I have learnt a lot and have proved myself many times.

Excellent learning curve
I am a call center agent (I worked there) the Vibe was good. Company has potential but not for further growth. Its time to move on as I want to do admin work and not do Call center work. My relationship with my co workers was great I learnt how to have more patience.

Good opportunity
I've learnt a lot and will always be grateful for the knowledge shared. Good company however growth I'd not really in the books. Perhaps more needs to be put into development plans and using and grooming resources at the companies didposal.
