Excellent learning curve

I am a call center agent (I worked there) the Vibe was good. Company has potential but not for further growth. Its time to move on as I want to do admin work and not do Call center work. My relationship with my co workers was great I learnt how to have more patience.

Good opportunity

I've learnt a lot and will always be grateful for the knowledge shared. Good company however growth I'd not really in the books. Perhaps more needs to be put into development plans and using and grooming resources at the companies didposal.

Managing inbound and making outbound calls. Providing exceptional customer service to customers with regards to their points. Explanation of how customers collect their points on the programme. Assisting customers to place merchandise and voucher orders using their points. Assisting customers to redeem their points via the various channels website, ussd, telephone,fax and email. Assisting customers with after sales queries delivery, repairs,short despatches and escalating to relevant department on behalf of the customer. Assisting customers with travel enquiries and escalating to relevant department for bookings and reservation requests.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: No medical aid for entry level jobs

Growth

The fact that we are told there is not enough resources when we need an extra hand one does get stressed. Help is only provided if and when someone goes through a boiling point or they break down.

Excellent training

At first the compay was a nice company to work for ,the environment was fun and amazing .However things haved changed.What I loved about the company was that evry day when one is doing the job,needs to delight the customers,I have learnt lots of this and I have acquired lots of skills.What ive enjoyed the most was getting along with my team members.Challanges are that the company does look after staff memebers or offer team buildings and gettering or do staff recognition or awarding or give out motivational incentivies.That is why staff members are resigning and theres nao growth.The other good thing is that the workibg hours are great Mon-frid no shifts.

Always helpful, motivational and honest.

I enjoy working by myself and with my team. I am ways willing to help and I ensure that tasks are completed correctly and on time for the day. I am very friendly and I am able to fit into any working environment. I take pride in my work at all times and make sure that everything is manageable. I love to make those around me smile and to create a meaningful and motivational relationship. Trust and honesty plays a vital role in the workplace and should always be adhered too. I am not one to stay out of work. I am punctual at all times and always respect those around me.
