Good learning curve

Every minute counts, from line clearance to start of production and end of production. One would work alone on each machine and since it's a three day shift, change over is very critical in order to reach target per week. I learned to be more efficient in a team and the importance of proper documents. The challenging part about what I did is the long hours. workday

Pros: Night shift allowance and shift transport
Cons: Long working hours at peak months

Exceptional learning experience

Working at Adcock Ingram Critical Care was the best experience, each day's work had new things to learn about the job which gave me the abilities to learn how to handle stress, prioritizing and flexibility. My department encourages the idea of working as a team which was some of the things I enjoyed while working for Adcock Ingram Critical Care because it strengthed the working relationship with other co-workers. challaging about the job was workload however that gave me the ability to work under-pressure with the workload

Pros: Perfect learning environment for graduates and entry level employees.
Cons: Long hours.
