Excellent learning curve
I got excellent experience while working for Adt company. I learned lot of things like multi task and perseverance. I learned working with people and handling emergency. Most challenging is that Adt has many clients which is hard to give satisfactory service but I learn that every client needs a better service

My company is a very dynamic place to work in..The culture, values of the company makes it exciting. I have learned a lot in this industry and the kind of knowledge and experience I have is highly skilled. The challenges are also learning curves.

Most challenging condition
I enjoy my job since have a good relationship with my colleagues and my superior's. The only challenge I have is dealing with criminals because whenever they come to steal, a security guard is also a first target.

Yes it will be an excellent learning curve
I have been employed with ADT since 2016 and currently employed as an Armed Response officer, S.B.V cash in transit since 2013 and performed voluntary service at the South African Police Service (Bellville Station) from 2007 till 2011 where I was actively involved with the community. My current duties include but are certainly not limited to responding to alarms protecting of properties and escorting them safely to their place of dwelling also detaining suspects and searching. The fleet management, administration and general care of the official vehicle in my possession.

I am working at ADT REACT telemarketing as a CALL CENTRE agent
I love working for fidelity ADT they treat us as family not just employees they value our opinions and respect us.. it is really an honour to work for this WONDERFUL company .

Excellent experience that i gained
Helping clients on a daily basis was always a blessing in disquise, more especially when we will make them feel safe at all times by patrolling every corner of the streets with polices and armed response by our side.
