I gained knowledge of alarms.
ADT is an alarm company that specializes on security for residentials and businesses.I was part of the customer service department, were we assisted clientele with alarms telephonically.With any alarm enquiries,it was a very quiet environment less fun bt but more serious.We had peak days when we were busy on the way phones.The most challenging aspects we had to be multi-skilled we delt with queries of other departments.
Pros: We had opportunities when there were open vacancies in other departments that had higher salary,but you had to be first recommended by team leader before you get the job.
Cons: We had more working hours on the floor ,less break time it’s was 30 minutes

Excellent experience
- underpaid - no company vehicle(use of own) - fuel allowance capped (too low) - if over and above fuel cap, I have to pay out of my own salary. - car allowance to less. - fuel is the major hold back for more production.

In hard working person with dobber habbits.I am dedicated person always punctui have 3 kids to maintain so work is very inportant to me..I always meet my deadlines..I love a telephone and im very good in multitusking.I handle i bound and outbound calls and capture all relevant information very qui CV k.al.I am as team player.

Willing to lean . and make change in the company
I have been in the security sector for more than 16. And I have leadership qualification. And I am fast leaner . and I am good in solving any mater . explacial client complain . and emplement a good thing . and make a follow up . I did work at American embassy in Johannesburg. As you know. American take serious about security. And I lean more from american. If you apoit me. I will be you're assets in the company. The experience that I have I will share with you.

Always willing to learn more and fast learner
An individual person who always see good in whatever is doing for sake of success. Always striving for excellence and enjoying team work. An open minded person and fast thinker. Problem solver and cable of multi task and able to work under pressure and stress.
Pros: I've learned to work with clients and solving problems. And to collect clients monies and creating their invoice.
Cons: An early bird person because I am earning with commission. Working until late or extra hours so that I can reach my monthly targert and the good performance

i would like to work have my own office where i can have my own computer to record my job by my self now i work as arm response we only communicate over the radios because we work alone driving all day long.my supervisour like me a lot just becouse i am always on time and always willing to help when ever and where ever i can
