Great opportunties for growth
Working at ADT was a great experience and their commission structure was exellent and they had other opportunties to grow within the company so i would say overall working was ADT was just fine.

Working in different companies has expanded my knowledge in the customer service field.
It's challenging working at ADT and I enjoy it, everyday is a learning curve. The people I work with are exciting and motivates each other to do better. I've learnt to deal with different scenarios and senior management; dealing with different systems as well. The thing I enjoy most at work is, everyday is not the same and there's always something new; business changes; processes which changes etc. It keeps one on your feet and encourages one to do better.
Pros: Working in a new environment is always exciting and keeps one going as you would want to prove yourself.
Cons: Working normal office hours is nice; if it costs more to work later hours, I wouldn't mind.

Exposure to global solutions in conjunction with working within a diversified culture
Working within the Tyco/ ADT organisation has left me richer in experiencing multiple, dynamic and challenging opportunities. The day to day requirements with both local and international colleagues made me more aware of the differences in decision making and leadership expected of myself. Day to day running of the business is a fine balance between service delivery over and above product and solutions. The diversity of the service solutions made the job challenging without falling into a rut.

Learning curve
Tiring to do samething every day No growth I've learnt to be attentive accurate Strategic Working flexible hours To receive from the admin co-coordinator all contracts, costing sheet and quotations for new and existing clients to capture with extreme care to ensure complete, accurate and reliable information regarding the client. To ensure that the quotation and the costing sheet to be handed to the Technical co-coordinator so that she/he can schedule the appointment for the client. To inform the admin coordinator timeously of all queries or incorrect information found on contract, costing sheet or quotation Meeting and keeping on agreed upon targets-Kemsley Ensure SOX compliance at all times. Review invoices to identify any errors before invoice delivery Maintain and update customers' database.

Excellent in communication,Fast leaner
Communicating with clients,Doing shift report by calling 8 supervisor and email it to 8 Managers,Booking casual guard for the clients -Very good relationship with my co-workers. -Team work -Working with no stress. -Dealing with a difficult client who does not understand our companies procedure.
Pros: willing to learn more and grown up.
