I am working 7 days a week I work shifts I work 12hrs.I do enjoy my job its challenging and at times stressful my supervisors are very help full especially when dealing with complaints from clients .I work inbound emergency line. I learned a lot in the control room I even learned how to dispatch armed response. Its challenging but great working with other people coz u learn how to deal the different characters. the managers work hard to make it as easy as possible to work there .

Excellent learner

I've been working closely with the investigators in cases that were logged in order to find the solution. I've never taken my job for granted. I understand how much pressure it can be. However the success of working together over the years have build much trust in the .relationship of the staff and our customers. Each job has its challenges. It has been tough for some of the staff members since we not working with the machines and working with people.

Pros: Promoted to the senior QA/Trainer
Cons: worked over time & long hours when dealing with the case

Loyalty brings trust

I am having good relationship with other employees and to step in my Company you will be greated by professionalism, Pro active,Team work and excellence.and have learnt to love your job to serve my client with excellent service.The most challenging thing is deal with an angry clients to save contracts.

Pros: I have been promoted times in five years time in the company
Cons: I am used to long working 12 hours a day

I have good communication ability both verbal and writing, hands on and practical, highly ethical and loyal, good interpersonal skills, disciplined and strict,  good decision making ability, Strong efficiency and punctuality, good telephone etiquette, initiative, self-driven, honest and quick thinker, motivated, reliable, go-getter, pro-active, energetic, courageous, organizational skills,   competitive, excellent follow up and feedback ability, open and perceptive to change and learning, adopt easily, ability to work independently and well under pressure and committed to success, ability to stay focus in stressful situation and team player who maintain positive attitude and outlook.

Cons: getting to work early hours e.g 05h00 am

To be a perseverance person

At Adt Security I learn to be a dedicated person. In a way of being self motivated it is a big curve I gain. Building a teammate is what I believe on resone being is many hands make lite work and getting difference ideas,attitude, behavior lastly knowledge.. So dealing with different people is what I am capable reasons is am the neutral someone. As we work 12 hours day and night that makes me to be a go getter who is willing to go extra extremely miles

Customer relations

My company is very big. At my department we deal a lot with clients and it's a same routine everyday. We work as a team and take each other more like brothers and sisters. I take each day as it comes and I never worry when I sit at the back of my desk, coz i know what is expected of me. Multitasking is part of my job and as this can be challenging sometimes, a day get by and managers are happy with results.

Cons: Working long hours

Excellent learning experience

Bad experienced, departmental racist, especially when you are the only one left from old employees to give training to all new but still consider you as stupid after learning from you. Getting the lower salary of them all was worse because of your colour, you have been there for long at the end of the day you cant be recognised of your hard work within but recognition but from other departments.

Pros: None
Cons: Long working hours, cant take leave when you need it

Exposure to global solutions in conjunction with working within a diversified culture

Working within the Tyco/ ADT organisation has left me richer in experiencing multiple, dynamic and challenging opportunities. The day to day requirements with both local and international colleagues made me more aware of the differences in decision making and leadership expected of myself. Day to day running of the business is a fine balance between service delivery over and above product and solutions. The diversity of the service solutions made the job challenging without falling into a rut.

Pros: International company with exposure to different solutions and expectations
Cons: Decisions making process that required senior management involvement was laborious

Brilliant learner and professional worker

I was previously as a Customer services and sales agent in the contact center of ADT Security in Sandton. I am currently self employed as a director of Zee Phele Trading, where we deal with administration, sales and logistics, client services, Marketing, PR, and Communications. We currently providing logistics and project management services to Perfect Zones Contractions and projects which is procured by PRASA on a part time bases. I also assist with the operational and logistics of Touch HD. My strong interest is Administration, community liaison, customer services, sales development, digital marketing, PR and logistics, I am keen on advancing my career and to obtain a challenge that will let me utilize my professional skills and services in a fast-paced professional and public sector environment. I already possess the skills, knowledge and exceptional experience in traditional client services management and problem solving skills, thurs, I trust I make a good candidate for this position.
