Leasing with the mechanical engineers for guide ine of outcome of sesections of my responsibilities in the large scale of the plant. Working with mecahnical conveyors layout form general arrangement drawings to detail drawings helping the structural team in structural steel layouts to structural steel details. Also do cost of projects and procurement requirements for layouts.

Pros: contract to end.
Cons: normal working hours wI th over time if requesrequested.

Challenging working environment

Variuos challenegs await due to trading accross Africa, which affacts accounting, legal, tax and operational elements. Cross border projects impacts staff, currency, and reporting elements which needs proper planning, problem solving ability and patients to resolve

Pros: Great systems, educated staff, massive infrastructure projects
Cons: Multinational company with functional reporting accross continents

project management assistant, responsible for EAC management , resource allocation, subcontractor registering and payment. -essential to maintain excellent working relationships with Project management so as to be able to provide meaningful support -responsible for internal project audits so see if the projects meet all the timeline, cost and within scope requirements

Very good place to practice engineering

AECOM is a place I was given opportunity to work on one of the most challenging, meaningful and interestig project in the world ( New MPS container and terminal Port at Tema). A place where organizational culture is based on integrity and ethics. I have a supportive relationship with my leaders while enjoying a cordial relationship with coleagues and other co- workers

Exciting project exposure

I manage and mentor candidates on a weekly basi sI've learned core consulting and and management skills while at AECOM . I enjoy the freedom that we are allowed in our work approach and open relationships with our managers. Very tough deadlines and demanding clients.
