The environment is a good one but the salary is not that good

The environment is very good but the salary is not that good but overall the management also doesn't seem to comply with the workers and staff about the needs of the people and the clients of the company

Pros: Well promotion is not open to everyone
Cons: The working hours are the same as the other working hours for other companies

Good Experience

it is a good company that offers proper training and the platform for one to shine and grow within the industry. the working hours are a bit of a challenge but after some time, one gets used to them. a fun, exciting and hard but manageable environment to work in.

Fast learner

I'm the ambitious person who strive for better in every situation. Getting the opportunity will give me a platform to prove myself to my best ability. My previous jobs have tought me lot of things.I have learn to work in team, respect other people and working under pressure with what I have acquired i can go long way.

Learning Curve

I have been exposed to customer relations management in terms of business development within the roles of identifying potential clients in the target market, develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing clients relationship, partnering with sales team to create contract winning proposals for clients

Pros: Able to interact with the clients
Cons: Depressing and Long shifts
