My normal typical day starts with an informal meeting in an environment that is both chilled and relaxed, with no dress code to adhere to but a family type of atmosphere. I have learnt to read people from to understand what it is they may be going through on that day.

Excellent work enviroment

Busy work environment, Friendly, excellent relationship with staff, customer sales, tech support,setting up email, assisting client with hosting issues, management was very good to the stuff, always compliment us, work environment was just excellent, dealing with client who were angry, calming them down and assisting them to resolve problems they have experienced with services.

Pros: Oppurtunity for promotions and learning
Cons: traveling

You learn something new everyday

what I have learned in this line of work, is to be patient and accurate. I got to work with health departments which made me work with a lot of different people from all walks of life. Learned a lot about HIV and mental health. I enjoyed the travelling and collecting of data.

Pros: New projects every year
Cons: No night shifs
