Quick leaner
My strongest attribute is to explore issues beyond comfort zone and work well individually and in teams. I have been working with the manufacturing teams and developing solutions to better account for the manufacturing processes.

Good career development.
One has built good working relationships with colleagues and external customers. The need to communicate, lead, plan and control has played a major role in my current responsibilities and roles in the department. The need to discuss customers requirements as per the demand has made one learn the importance of customer service from a planning perspective and the moment one picks up the phone. The most challenging aspects would be a shortage of product where customers suffer from the initial placement of orders. In this instance product is shared amongst customers evenly for the continuation of business and the 50% satisfactory for all end-users.
Pros: Career growth and development.
Cons: Long working hours.

It is a good experience to find my self doing what I dreamed about.
Our department of Engineering is divided in two parts which plant maintenance and customer installation. I had opportunity to work in both two teams. And I learned a lot when it comes to plant maintenance as well as customer installation. How you conduct your self when you are on site

Good exposure to latest digital technologies
Very flexible company culture. Good relationships with coworkers. Learnt alot about the latest in predictive analytics. Very good opportunities to network globally. Company is very technical minded and can overlook operational concerns

Great experience
GrI would start my day by making sure all my vehicles are dispatched once that is done I attended a meeting on what happened the day before. After i would close "trips" so that an invoice can be generated. Next i would plan the order and routes for the vehicles for the next day. My co-workers were very helpful and understanding.I mostly enjoyed the different challenges that presented itself everyday for me to solve.
