Great place to start out career, relative opportunity for growth. Performance based pay and bonus (which is great if your performance is judged fairly - as your manager determines your performance it can often be biased)

High performance culture
Extremely high performance culture. Bonuses are skewed toward the top achievers to encourage excellence. This is however very demotivating to vast majority determined to be 'average' employees. The lack of leadership and commitment to transformation may threaten the sustainability of the high performance culture.
Pros: Excellent exposure due to small teams and high work ethic
Cons: Very few true leaders to retain top talent. Lack of commitment to transformation.

Extremely smart people
The company has a great learning and accountability culture can sometimes be too competitive. Everyone is considered a generalist and you could be called to assist on things that aren't necessarily what you were hired to do which is great.
