Best company worked for...

Dealing with irated clients regarding their accounts, making sure that all suppliers accounts that is due for payment are done on a daily basis, daily targets are reached. I worked well in a team and assisted them where needed. Communication is key to have a healthy work environment and insuring that there is better understanding among all. The culture, we worked together as a family, supporting each other through everyday life circumstances ( Work or personal). Retaining clients, had to make sure that the client is happy and that it is an ongoing responsibility, first call resolution. it is just sad that the company closed, cause they really looked well after their employees.

Skills

I was working as a Credit Operation clerk /document control at Autopage Cellular. I am more involved with operations, planning and organizing all the work flow of the document management processes. I create work orders and make sure service delivery is maintained at an agreed time. I also deal with suppliers in terms of purchasing stock. I am friendly, people’s person, reliable and assertive person who always strives for perfection in my working environment setting high goals for myself. I am a team player; I always give support and encouragement to the team that I work with. I have leadership and customer support skills and accounting skill.

TARGET MOST IMPORTANT

HOURLY TARGET, RESOLVING OF QUERIES, UPSELLING , COURIER RELATED QUERIES, BILLING DISPUTES, CLIENTS BEEN TRANSFERED FROM ONE DEPARTMENT OT ANOTHER, MAINTAIN SERVICE LEVELS, MAINTAIN A STANDARD AMONGST STaff , target competion amongst teams, busy day makes time fly, billing disputes from not explaining client in full about contract signed.

Company got liquidated

Good day - typical work day was monday morning meetings -relationship with co-workers was excellent no issues -I've learned a lot from customer service to accounts support -always enjoy braais almost every fridays -deadlines

Credit Skills

we get along with my co-workers, Team work if one is not at work - you have to delegate someone to assist on your behalf. to avoid delays on customer's demands. I have learned so much about Credit. dealing with different customer, meeting with clients to discuss their invoices. making sure they get their invoices on time. making sure their queries gets resolved on time to avoid payment delays, most challenging - its when you are dealing with GOV customers, as their payment processes take a bit long. I enjoy learning more - more especially attending classes every Saturdays,I get to learn so much about the Economic factors that affects providing Credit to customers.

It was an excellent learning curve though they could have done better at other departments.

it was a good company to work for but the strategy for bonuses was unfair. I enjoyed working there despite everything else because we were like family, we knew each other and assistance was always there.

Hard worker

Working in a big company i have learnt to work with people in teams, learnt their moods and attitude when you ask for assistance. Created friendship with them. Giving each and everyone their personal space when needed and respect. I have learnt to mind my own business and do my work. I enjoyed our birthday celebrations we use to have and Christmas parties we use to do. I enjoyed working on the escalated queries cause I enjoyed on solving the problems. The most challenging aspects was not making every client happy.

My last job was the best job ever. I have gained more knowledge

Business hours are from 8h00 am to 17h00 pm. Company is doing sales and marketing. Each day has its own challenges, as we visit customers to demonstrate / doing presentation. I am a team worker and enjoy working with my team. I have gained too much of experience and knowledge from my co-workers. Dealing with different kind of people and different attitude is a eye opener to me. I enjoy most of Fridays as we submits reports for the week and win awards. My most challenging aspects is when I present to a very difficult client.

Pros: To learn more about health and become a health therapist
Cons: Month ends are long hours as we balance all the books and stock taking

Learner a lot about business and people

Daily recruit new clients and maintain old ones. Sell and advice on stock. Ensure we had enough accessories stock. Advice on networks,product and services. Maintain good working relationship with colleagues and with customers. Learnt how to treat people no take things personal. Enjoy closing deal and resolving issues. Challenging was not get enough support and lack of understanding of customer issues.

Cons: Not enough time for family

Excellent experience

Employed by Altech autopage cellular for the past 7 years it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I learnt a lot from my former colleague and management. I learnt a good customer services, sympathy,and go extra mile for our clients and all the people outside the organisation .
