A typical work day would greeting my fellow colleagues and getting to start my day .check my appointments.get all my documents sorted and go out to see the respective clients

Company was empowering their staff by doing inhouse training. With their satisfactory salary and reward excellency to their staff Lot of incentives to reward good performance

Excellent learning curve

I'm a professional person and work well with my colleagues. My day at work included lots of route planning and prioritising my day to day jobs. I enjoy fulfilling my promise to clients and making sure that I deliver on time. I also enjoyed working from home and the flexible hours. I've learnt that the clients are not the same some will be happy with your service and some will always be negative but my duty was to make sure that I do what is required and go an extra mile for the clients.

I take all failures as learning curve and they always build for the next job level

I always make it come early in order to start my plans for the day. I am a go getter person and welcome all the challenges as they will build me. I takes failures as a learning curve. I enjoy building a good customer relationship with all my clients

Pros: It's great opportunity for my career growth
Cons: I don't have a problem working extended hours to reach my day targets

Am passionate about Credit Control and limiting Bad Debt

I have been employed as a Corporate Credit Controller for over 10 years. I managed a book of R10 million and always achieved and exceeded my targets as set out by the National Credit Manager. I can work independently and enjoy working with peers. I do believe I will be an asset to your Organisation.

Pros: The Regional Office was relatively small and any promotions would be possible with a Regional move to head office
Cons: Limited growth at the Region

TARGET MOST IMPORTANT

HOURLY TARGET, RESOLVING OF QUERIES, UPSELLING , COURIER RELATED QUERIES, BILLING DISPUTES, CLIENTS BEEN TRANSFERED FROM ONE DEPARTMENT OT ANOTHER, MAINTAIN SERVICE LEVELS, MAINTAIN A STANDARD AMONGST STaff , target competion amongst teams, busy day makes time fly, billing disputes from not explaining client in full about contract signed.
