Excellent learning area

Working at Amazon is like going on a play date for adults, you love what you do. Even when work was seriously intense you managed to make it fun based on the team that you had on your side. It is truly a great place to work at

It was an excellent learning curve, it taught me a lot about the call centre environment.

Absolutely great compabto work for. I have gained a huge amount of experience and knowledge in the field of customer service. The salary was also nice. I was very happy working at Amazon. The medical aid was fantastic as well.

Pros: People are so friendly and management offered great support to staff.
Cons: 11 hour shift was very painful. Working Sunday's was not nice at all.
