Great soft training s provided
It's a great company, that develops it's employees. Management dies listen to employees but seldom give proper feedbacks. People are passed for higher positions.

Resisilaince
It teaches you hard work and how to multitask. Extra duties are given so that you broaden your horizons. Requires patience and dedication. Easy to get along with co-workers and management

Interresting
I like working with custimers but some times people are rude. You can never say a dull moment something is always happening. You learn a lot. You never know if it will be busy or not. You feel sad sometimes with the age related illnesses.

The work I do is not that challenging,nor is there a growth in the capacity I occupy as a driver.
My job consist of driving and delivering specimens from doctors,hospital to the lab for testing. I also deliver reports and other work related materials.

On medical disability
Not very good experience with ampath I lost my medical aid cover because HR incompetent. I learned a lot at klersdorp Depot Shortage of nursing staff always problem

Need to change the career hence i'm studying office admistration.
The task is to collect and deliver specimen to the Laboratory and deliver Doctors result to their consulting's rooms. The relationship is very good and we work as the Team. Working as a team is very important and you can achieve what is expected from the employee with a potential team. The most enjoyable task is delivering of the patient results to the Doctors. The most challenging of the job I don't have any challenges I do have lot of experience working with clients so I don't have any more challenges and because I did attend customer training and cultural diversity, so I understand how to deal and solve some challenges.
Pros: Need a new challenge.
Cons: Working hours that we agree with company and overtime.

Great learning experience
I have started my phlebotomy career with Ampath 3 years ago and have never had any problems. I really love my one on one interaction with my patients. All managers and doctors within the company has always bern very helpful. Sometimes patients / clients can be difficult, but with the right attitude and mindset you can win them over. A typical day involves hospital rounds, interacting with nursing staff, collecting samples from patients, handle patient / client queries and also handling all admin work. Having to do all these teaches one great responsibility.

Good learning environment
My current company has a lot to offer in terms of learning, I have attended quiet a few training courses during my time here. I have a lot of flexibility in my job. I enjoy my job however I would like to move back into the HR department.
