It's just a normal working place
Normal working ours short off days, less promotion, biased leaders. Salary expectations not very satisfying Everyone is focusing on his or her own benefit in the company with less focus on employees at times

Skillful opportunity
.Working as an alloy supplier. .Operating 5Ton Forklift .Operation different cranes (Radio,Cabin,Pedant and Electrical chain hoist). Cabin cranes SWL 250T Radio Cranes SWL 250,50 and 17tons .Assiting at Ladle Furnances Brother's keeper mentality. Shift worker. Working with amazing seniors. Operating 250Ton of hot metal cabin crane is one of the most challenging aspect.No mistake or glitch is wanted.
Pros: Obtaing skill amd training that most companies won't offer.

Commissioning of a plant that burned
Fault finding, standby duties, PlC, commissioning, drives and motors, relays and cranes, Motor control centre, transformers, etc..great to work with people and also working alone teaches u certain things...
Pros: Gained vast knowledge

Its an excellent working curve
It's a good company to work for only when you are permanent , you get good benefits and bonuses but if you are a contractor or leaner you will feel like you not part of the team coz you are mostly excluded in most of the company benefits.

Quality trained
It gives better and quality exposure, i have learned more experience on this company.it also obtained very well artisan.it has lot of stuff and more plants where there are lot of to work on, multi various trades
