We are deadline driven. All staff are adequately trained in their working areas. As a team we work well together. We are very efficient and effective in out daily tasks. For the past 23 years of employment I have formed many relationships which has had positive effects on my work. Being part of IT Validation Team I have had the opportunity to become quite acquainted with all computer systems used which have benefited me well over the years. I enjoy being challenged in my work because I have a very investgative and enquiring mind, I always like to figure and examine the end results. Validating /Qualifying a new system that meets the. Business's requirement is very challenging because the business is the IT Department's main customer who we need to satisfy.
Pros: Good learning opportunities.
Cons: No room for growth and improvement.

Learning new things everyday
Currently working for 13 years in pharmaceutical company manufacturing medication and have a good relationship with the bosses, started as an assistant process controller and got promoted to my current job.I have learnt to be resilient and be able to take pressure,always strive to reach targets and meet customer wants and needs.Most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with machine major breakdowns whereby a broken component has to be replaced and doing fault finding.

Experience in sterile compounding and packing as well as exposure to batch book auditing
Motivated with every task I encounter. I am able to think on my feet and investigate problems. I am able to adapt to any environment as I learnt this whilst working in a production environment. I work well under stressful situations. I am able to work well independently and in a team. I am enthusiastic to learn and eager to grow within my profession. I am dedicated and punctual. I believe integrity is of utmost important with regards to a company that you are allocated to. Pharmacy is my passion and I am motivated to increase my knowledge in this field.

Good for someone that has reached their peak in their carerr
Working at Aspen involves a lot of consultations and co-working due to the large number of employees at the company. One has to deal with a lot of interactions with different people at different levels. It's very important that one has a good relationship with co workers because your performance could solely depend on their work. It's very important that the work ethic is maintained and that your work is reliable because the work one does is not only for themselves but that product goes out to the world and helps others. one would want to make sure that whatever is produced is of the very best quality.

Excellent learning curve
Working @the company is great because there are opportunities. But there work is routine kind of work. the workers are very friendly and we like family. I have learn that in order for any one to grow in the company one needs to work hard and be present and work @all tome and punctuality is the key , honesty , integrity and team work. What i enjoy most is the time of month end i like the rush and the adrenaline deadline and recovery rush. the most challenging part is the salary that does not meet my every day expenditures and i have to work a lot of overtime in order for me to have the salary i need.

High pressure
High pressure, lots of learning. Exposure to different networks and individuals with a wealth of experience. Excellent relationships with colleagues. A performance driven culture which challenges all individuals to succeed. I've learnt alot in the past 3 years as a Commercial Manager Managing different portfolios at the company.

Source quotation from suppliers on behalf of business. Place orders with suppliers for goods and services required. Ensuring compliance to the procurement process when purchasing goods and services. Maintaining relationship with the suppliers. Determine suitable suppliers for procuring goods or service. Send RFQ to suitable suppliers and receive and evaluate all quotations. Select suppliers based on the prescribed critea (Discription, Price, Quality and Lead time). Analyzing quotes and negotiating for better price offer via telephone. Reading and analyzing the contracts and Service Level Agreement (SLA) and advising on propose price increase or contract extension. Regulating that the price increase never exceed the CPIX. At aspen you gain more skills and experience.• Excellent Organizational, Planning; Communication and interpersonal Skills • Able to work independently and handle pressure very well. • Strengths: Excellent technical Skills and application of method. Ability to think and make quick decision. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Running of monthly reports and creating or compiling 25k files. 25k
I am 39 years old with experience in Claims Clark and Credit Controller. I work well with all different levels of people. I am driven by goals and targets set.
Pros: it is great company to work for with great opportunities to to grow.
Cons: Every financial year end we used to work over time even on weekends
