Preparing Batch manufacturing documents for audit. -Liaising with Pharmacists regarding priorities, Lab for QC results, Compliance officers for AQL results -I learn Communication at all levels, the importance of prioritizing, and practice Do- it- right first time, and meeting deadlines. -i enjoy challenge and meeting deadlines.

Very good company to work for

Very good company to work for. The stress at times can be too much to handle. It is a results driven company. One of the factors that really attracted me to this role is that values giving back to the community. Initiative has always been his professional quality along with having a strong work ethic, taking responsibility and striving to do his best to accomplish the set objective. company.

Excellent learning curve

i would assist my supervisor(stock controller) with recieving and sending of Aspens' promotional items, where in we had a good understanding of each other with respect and love. We would even deal with representatives of the company wherein the relationship was even well. My duties was mostly to see that sent items are properly labelled, and the recieving ones are stored where they must be stored. I was responsible for signing in deleveries and sending off of items if my supervisor is not around.I was even responsible for the cleanness of the wearhouse.

Unique working environment. To work in pharmaceutical is exiting. Paying attention to detail is key.

I was a good experience for me

I have the ability to work under pressure with good listening skills and I am a very patient person.I enjoy working with people,on my previous job we were like a family and because of that I learn that in order for the company to have a production we must wor as a team.

Pros: It was a great experience in other fields which is pharmaceutical field

Ppor work stability. Retrenchments every so oftern. Over works personnel. Bad planning from management. No to very slow growth opportunities. security

Intermediate learning curve

Co-workers are helpful, friendly and can be disciplinary if and when necessary. I have gained knowledge in strategic sourcing, learnt about B-BBEE codes of practice, how to request for quotes& what to look for when comparing quotations. I enjoy sourcing for new suppliers for the company that are aligned to the organization's B-BBEE targets/ policies. I also enjoy learning something new about the company/ the job as a whole. I wish I had duties that were mentally stimulating.

Pros: Salary is not bad
Cons: Lack of structure.

Excellent learning curve

Have been working At Aspen as a loyal employee for 3 years. I have grown and learnt alot as a production pharmacy technician under high pressures. I was nominated as employee of the year accross the whole PE Aspen site for my good work ethics and attentiveness
