Opportunity for growth

The company I work for is has a young, diverse culture and encourages staff to live by the values "have fun, make money, do good"... My typical day is mostly being on the road and visiting sites and communicate with clients on how they feel about our service. My relationship with colleagues is really good, I am quite an easy-going person and I generally get along with most people. I have really learned so much from my work experience and I have been fortunate to have had the opportunities presented to me in order to grow. What I enjoy most is the working conditions, I don't generally work long hours. What's most challenging with my job is the regular driving to the sites, it has an impact on your personal vehicle as the company does not provide company cars

I have good technical skills

 Logging calls nationally, for all branches, for EFTPOS and ATM Solutions  Sending daily transactions via E-Mail to EFTPOS clients  Logging and forwarding sales leads to EFTPOS and ATM using the Queue Matrix system  Assisting merchants with technical issues for POS devices and ATMs by telephonically trouble shooting problems presented  Logging calls and referring difficult queries to dispatchers to ensure that technicians attend to sites where technical issues cannot be resolved telephonically  Assisting dispatchers by activating ULMs for 12 to 13 activate safes for technicians  Answering all switchboard calls when the receptionists have closed the switchboard  Assisting end users with issues related to prepaid vouchers including vouchers that are not clearly printed

Excellent performance in field services

Working for my company is nice and risky as well.we working with ATM and we knows what we facing in our country with high rate of crime.I normally start my duties at 06:30 am collecting my key Marshall and attending to all sites that given on that particular day on the dispatch mail (ATM that are down with errors ) and making sure that I maintain my 96% work uptime.Rashionship with my colleges is good as I'm their best team player, For the past five years with the company I leant a lots especially in the technical industry, and I'm enjoying my technical duties to the extend that I know everything and there is no longer challenges for me that's why I want something fresher so I can expand my technical knowledge.

Pros: I started working ATM solutions as a assembly technician I got promoted as a senior assembly technician then I was moved to field as a field services technicians.
Cons: I was starting to work at 06:30 am and I was normally noking off around 17:00 pm everyday I was marking two hours of overtime and working weekend overtime

Work environment is great

My department is a high pressure working environment, I never knew teamwork until I got to the company that's what I love about where I work. The job is much more specialised with specialist systems and a lot of balancing. Since I got there I become more confident about wanting to learn more than what I'm doing which is the key to success I believe.

Pros: There's always an opportunity to grow
Cons: Working on Saturdays and the whole of December.

Excellent learning curve

To whom it may concern. Application for a Service Engineer position. I am an Electrical Engineering Graduate from the Ekurhuleni West College who has obtained my Senior Certificate. I have completed my N4, N5 & N6 level of theoretical learning in Electrical Engineering (HeavyCurrent) and I obtain a valid code C1 Drivers License + PDP, valid passport, PSIRA certificate as well as a Consumer & Fleet Management Installer technician certificate. I am Computer Literate and I have experience in the Sales, Transportation as well as the automotive industry.

As a professional electrician I should be getting paid more than what I rate now. For a big campany that hires professionals. They should just pay acording to the SA law.

I love my job

Well I must say I enjoy working where I'm currently working, and It's challenging on a daily basis, on each day it is different as at times it can be busy and don't even see the time past by and at times it's a normal day and at times it can be quiet, my colleagues are interesting people and I speak with everyone and we all have a good working relationship, I've learnt that at work no personal issues, and come to work do your job and leave all the unwanted drama, I enjoy doing my job, my job is very sensitive and we must make sure that all the keys are landed on the right hands.
