At my current company is to is do maintenance and repair to ATM device and also to insure that my customer have the least down time of there equipment. It's a joy for me to see my customers happy when there equipment y functioning well.My Moto is good service leed happy and happy customers is a positive out put.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

Good company to work for when the exploitation of staff is overlooked

Good company to work for when the exploitation of staff is overlooked. Expected to use own vehicle with a poor maintenance allowance. Issues are generally swept under the carpet by senior management. Not much room for growth but you would definitely develope an entrepreurial spirit after working here. Increases are generally set at 8%

Pros: Flexibility, opportunity to develop entrepreneurial spirit
Cons: Dangerous working conditions due to working in rural areas without any consideration for security, high mileage without a car allowance, less than industry market related salaries
