Exposure and experience
To whom it may concern After 5 years working at the Auditor General South Africa, I have contributed to the growth and success of the company through the major and minor projects I worked on. I am seeking a new challenge with a company in need of someone with exceptional planning, leadership, and excellent oral and written communication abilities. AGSA is the best company to work for especially because they invest in their employees education and training. Excellent learning curve, great exposure, good training
Good company to work for and would recommend it to other candidates, work over time sometimes, good pay, great fun time after audits are finished. Good team work, proper performance management system. Follow ups are done to ensure all required competencies are met.

Excellent learning curve
Learning experience At Auditor General I have learned a lot about auditing the financial statements as well as communication skills both writing and verbal. Articles at AGSA what I love the most is that at your third year you operate as a manager and you get to engage robustly with the stakeholders. You also have to manage the junior trainees and review their work and report on the status of the audit to management. The most challenging aspects of the job is to ensure that everyone pulls in their wait in order to meet the set deadlines. Therefore you need to always be in track and ensure that all the team members knows what to do and find solutions were there might be delays as to the meeting of a deadline.

Large variety of projects for diffent systems
I interact with a variety of stakeholders including customers, users, developers and management. I Facilitate Daily stand up meetings and JAD sessions for specific projects. document and review requirements , test cases and Business cases. I also interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion of testing in accordance with the needs of project sponsors and stakeholders.

Best work experience
lExcellent place to pass all your exams and become a professional, as the company provides great study support. Limited exposure to tax and IFRS as most clients are on GRAP and MCS .
