Excellent environment for making impact in society

It’s a good opportunity to work at the AGSA. I get to do work that impact society, that strengthens democracy. A typical day here is meetings with internal stakeholders dealing with quiries from clients and stakeholders. The culture is a bit punitive as mistakes are not tolerated given the nature of our business.

A good place to train

Working at a client for 8.2 hours I have a great relationship with my peers. I have learnt a lot in terms of working with financials, how to articulate some things. I enjoy the over seas trips

Learning curve

The company is great just that it’s more public orientated than anything finance organization but you get to learn a lot about the government and it’s functios of power
