I've learnt to work with different people and how do win a sale
Avon is a good company to work on I was selling their products while at home,my job was part time so I managed to do it while completing my stidies.from there I learnt a lot about building a relationship with customers,how to meet their needs and expectation.

Great learning experience
My relationship with co workers are great I interact with co workers on an individual and personal level, because I have a good understanding of how to deal with different people. Studying Psychology gave me a great advantage to understand people. I've acquired some great skill such as filling, report writing, scheduling, time Management as well as team management, just to name a few. The thing I enjoy most about my job is that every day its something new, there's a new task or a new challenge, and this helps broaden my skill set. The most challenging aspect for me is that each role is restricted to one person and growth is limited.

Good learning curve
So far I learnt to work alone and to understand how to work with people and helping orders and money it's more less being your own boss and I also have Microsoft package that I studied at osizweni

Manage and maintaining tight financial controls, manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders guaranteeing satisfaction of both parties. Providing insightful reporting and commercial analysis to support management decision making. Driving change within the organisation. Presenting monthly results and reports to the Finance team. Looking after and managing the accounts team and ensuring that payments are processed within agreed terms.

Cons: The first 3 month of the year business is very low, low income.

Flexible time in current job
Everyday I do admin and check emails. Work daily on the computer and with my team Help with queries and managing the team. Sales are important because that pays out to you

I have excellent sale skills, Computer Skills, People Skills
We work from Monday- Sunday, you can work whenever you feel like working. i have a great relationship with some of the people i work with because Avon is a big company its all over the world, so i don't know all my co-workers. i have learnt great communication skills and sales skills, i also learnt to work with people, i'm not nervous or anything like that anymore. i enjoy going out talking to the people i sell Avon's products to, they are very helpful sometimes, and friendly to. the most challenging aspects of this job is, you have to go out and look for people to buy your products, which i don't mind at all, but sometimes i don't even make a sale, and if i don't, i don't get money because in order for me to get a few rand i have to sell Avon's products.
Pros: If you work hard, you achieve greater than what you worked for
Cons: Not getting a few rand's, if you do not make a sale.

Best experience
I studied BSC ( molecular and life sciences) at University of Limpopo from 2013 to 2016. In 2016 September unti Decrmber, I worked at Dion Wired as a Cashier.I completed my honours in Human Physiology in 2017, while studing i was also a studeny assistant.

Work With and manage people, customer orientated. In field daily, office duties later, train and development daily, new customers daily, projecting vs forecasting monthly vs weekly vs daily and report back meetings monthly. Management meeting with my staff monthly and business reviews. Drive staff to meet expectations assist when and where I can see a problem area. I do not have challenges we work together to find a way Have a open door policy with my team

Working for Avon gave me experience of sales work and also confidence to communicate with people.
Firstly, I work from home and not at the office. I sale products to people and confirm orders through fax. Working at Avon is nice and quite an opportunity to grow my personal training of working and to communicate with people and even strangers too. What I enjoy most is to explain to people of the products that Avon provides. The challenge of this work is the orders that you get, because the amount of orders differ from month to month.

Fast learner
I am confident and hard working lady working with Avon in selling their products to customers and I sell R5000 above per month even though it hard handling customers when it comes to payments but I manage to get it on time and I am willing to join your organization and maintain the standard as defined by you and your business, I am a team player and I love learning new things about any organization I tend to get a chance to build up my career in.
Pros: Great opportunity for my career outside business
Cons: I work seven days a week
