Avon is a company for woman and everything about them ,beauty and woman awareness .This company focuses on making you feel beautiful inside and out .i personally think avon makes a big difference in woman's life's and ever woman out there needs to take a shot at making a livin from home or maybe exstra money

Working for Avon gave me experience of sales work and also confidence to communicate with people.
Firstly, I work from home and not at the office. I sale products to people and confirm orders through fax. Working at Avon is nice and quite an opportunity to grow my personal training of working and to communicate with people and even strangers too. What I enjoy most is to explain to people of the products that Avon provides. The challenge of this work is the orders that you get, because the amount of orders differ from month to month.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve. Open to opportunity if interested and have to work to prove yourself but small working hours. Incentives are great they pump you up to work hard

Fast learner
I am confident and hard working lady working with Avon in selling their products to customers and I sell R5000 above per month even though it hard handling customers when it comes to payments but I manage to get it on time and I am willing to join your organization and maintain the standard as defined by you and your business, I am a team player and I love learning new things about any organization I tend to get a chance to build up my career in.

Im a had worker willing to learn everyday.
To ensure all the measurements are done for the coming campaign before they start picking and to determine how much space you still have in the box to pick. To ensure that all the boxes on the picking line are not full and they are not over loaded in terms of volume. To ensure that pickers picked everything from the invoice and no missing items or wrong picked items as it goes through the check weigh. To assist the company with weights for transportation in terms of budget.

Learning Customer Service skills
The learning is great but at times challenging. When you get to find out that some products are sold out or the had a shortage and u have to explain to difficult customers.

Great exposure to business and in dealing with different people.
I have learn on how to win people's interest, know what people around me mostly prefer also improving my communication skills ( expressing myself and also listening to other people's views). I have gained more confidence in the process of approaching people everyday.
