I i assist the mining supervisor to with her duties and also fellow employees. I fulfill the duties more of a senior administrator. Currently most of the employees in the payroll department feel over-worked and underpaid with all the vacancies in the department with some of the people moving on to new challenges.
Pros: There is levels to climb the corporate ladder.
Cons: The waiting period to go to supervisor level is atleast 7 years and 13 administrators will be applying for it.

Grateful for the opportunity
II work in the Finance Department which is a support division in the business. The busiest days are last week of the month and the first week because of month end deadlines/processing. During the month I just dea with supplier and debtors related queries, POs and Invoices. Since I work in the office that deals with training as well I also do quotations for different training courses and quotes for events as well. I I also do the payroll for the permanent staff in my department (timesheets, overtime etc).
Pros: Learning the basics in finance
Cons: No opportunities for growth, low pay and managers who exploit the fact that "people need jobs in Ramaphosa's economy so they'll accept whatever you give them"

I used to run a security company which did not succeed due to lack of funds in marketing
I am a dedicated person with leadership and managerial skill which I did gain in my previous employment. Born as a leader as I have been a supervisor for a decade and also an advisor.
Pros: Quick learner and will to no more about my job in order to assist my superior when needed.
Cons: Make sure that my job is done correctly before I report off duty and make proper handing over verbally or in writing if required to do so.

You get work experience and you learn more
Its a 12 hours working shifts, there is Dayshit, Afternoon Shift and Nightshift. During the day you get a lot of work and nightshit there is less work. i enjoyed working dayshift and i had a very good working relationship with my co workers. i have learned a lot through that company

My workplace Ethics
I am currently working both day shift and night shift in a client site that has a complement of six security officers. each shift has two officers. My relationship with my co-worker is very good in terms of communication and working hand in hand. i have learnt that through good communication, a job is completed without errors. I enjoy every moment when i knock of at work without a customer or client complaining about my performance. My job challege most when i have to deal with difficult customers.

No learning opportunities.
As I'm working with clients, eveyday I gain experience of different kinds people. I enjoy working with clients. They are friendly, and also encouraging , challenges are those who do not take instructions from the Security, we solid with the manager.
Pros: No promotion at all.
Cons: Yes Long hours, but less Money per Hour
