-very hectic environment with long working hours(12hrs)shift. -strong bond with my colleagues and treat everyone equally and fair. -not to disclose any company's information which is very a critical aspect. -assisting visitors /clients coming to or leaving the premises. -not being recognised by management for any extra performance input.

Im a good person with intergrity
what i,ve learnt over my company is hw to help people,how to handle and deal with thugs or person who is drunk while on duty. its quite a nice job but according to my humanity i grown up wanted to learn more about physical aspects.at my company they teached us how to be patient while some one is intorrigating.

I work for bidvest protea coin for Morthan 3 I learn lots of things I have are good relationship with my Co worker coz iam are team leader and they say its nice to work with me coz I understand how to work with are lot of peoples it's not that am soft but I following the procedure of the company

Assist fellow employees, wealth of knowledge and experience. Stands in for the supervisors
I i assist the mining supervisor to with her duties and also fellow employees. I fulfill the duties more of a senior administrator. Currently most of the employees in the payroll department feel over-worked and underpaid with all the vacancies in the department with some of the people moving on to new challenges.
Pros: There is levels to climb the corporate ladder.
Cons: The waiting period to go to supervisor level is atleast 7 years and 13 administrators will be applying for it.

Grateful for the opportunity
II work in the Finance Department which is a support division in the business. The busiest days are last week of the month and the first week because of month end deadlines/processing. During the month I just dea with supplier and debtors related queries, POs and Invoices. Since I work in the office that deals with training as well I also do quotations for different training courses and quotes for events as well. I I also do the payroll for the permanent staff in my department (timesheets, overtime etc).
Pros: Learning the basics in finance
Cons: No opportunities for growth, low pay and managers who exploit the fact that "people need jobs in Ramaphosa's economy so they'll accept whatever you give them"

An eye opening
Interacting with different people as we do access control , screening baggages and doing body search and monitoring Arch metal detector. Relationship with co-workers is good as the channel of communication is clear and comprehensible . I've learned that the ability to listen and act on client s complaints is vital . Enjoyed attending theoritical training and applying that practically at work environment . Standing at one place for long hours is a challenge
