B Manxiwa's Career prospects.
I am currently employed as an Admin Assistant in Teaching and Learning. My daily duties entail general office administration coupled with purchase requisition on request. Venue bookings, liaison between departments of the Health and Wellness faculty. I always maintain a professional level of work ethics and get well with colleagues from the various departnents . I enjoy working with people from all walks of life as we interact we international students too. What I find challenging is the infrastructure with the entire institution but I always go an extra mile to make things happen. I am always eager to take up new challenges as it also bgroadens my knowledge and expertise.

Excellent Learning curve
- I have enjoyed working with external companies when organizing student events, It has taught me a lot about time management, planning, and working under pressure. I have a great relationship with my fellow co-workers The challenges faced were not being able to achieve certain projects due to limitations of The University.

Excellent learning environment
It is a great environment to learn and develop yourself. Lots of staff members are willing to help with your development and many of them have specialized skills which you can learn from.

Working with electronic circuitries
Good skills on fault findings on electrical circuits my previous work experience. Furthermore, the period of my in-service training exposed me critically to Fault Finding, Troubleshooting electronic circuits i.e. Maintenance of Laboratories, Programming in C, wiring, Designing of PCB’s using PCAD, Microsoft 2010 and 2016 windows 10, skills in Computer, installation of Finger print scanners and installation of new wires in the Laboratories e.t.c.
Pros: Good at troubleshooting electrical circuits and installation of components in systems
Cons: Working during weekends and holidays where necessary

Good learning curve
In my campany everyone was given a chance to show what they've got. Also when there were big meetings you will be ask to assist the person that need the assistance. The colegues treated each other equally so that the will be no one feel small or neglected. I've learned to work as a time and also learned how to manage pressure. The thing that was difficult it's when you have to do presentations alone.

Excellent learning curve
I had a good experience and I've learnt so much from working with my research group colleagues. we had a great working team and we really did well working as a team and helping each other while we were working. I've enjoy working in the plant and having an opportunity to extract different things every week and being able to do a research about them and learning more about them. It was a very interesting moment and it is still is because I'm working on the same research group for my B-tech year project which is about the malt hopped extract of beer.

I I enjoy working with my colleagues and our relationship it’s like brothers and sisters I learn a lot from them because I never works in such environment before what like the mostly is to be busbisy all the time

Excellent learning curve
Recurring learning, interaction with different people when out in the laboratory, learning a new skill every now and then, and seeing my team enjoying their tasks. I enjoy solving problems and new challenges.
Pros: Mentor that never gets tired of helping and teaching
Cons: Not many opportunities of promotion (in my position)
