An excellent start for a professional individual
A typical work day: - Assisting clients -Admin catch up and capturing of new and existing clients' details. - Supporting the Assistant Branch Manager with development discussions and monthly planning, -Performance contracting to fellow service consultants. -Dealing efficiently with client calls in the absence of the Branch Manager and the Assistant Branch Manager. -Actively supporting the Branch Manager with contiuous improvement initiatives/actions, and provide input into coaching opportunities. -Time management control. - Assisting in the development of new staff members. - Assist colleagues. - Giving regular feedback to new staff members on their progress and development areas. My relationship with my colleagues -Professional, jpking, happy and productive. What have I learnt: - Importance of teamwork and time management. What do I enjoy most: - Management that is not only approachable. The most challenging aspects of the job: -Being undermined and unappreciated.
Pros: It is a great opportunity to grow as an individual and also a professional. It gives you a sense of emotional maturity and it teaches you how to successfully communicate to your fellow consultants and clients.
Cons: Long working hours, people who constantly question your authority, not being praised for a job well done, newer/lesser qualified consultants being promoted/recognized above you and your efforts and hard work.

To work well with others
It is a very busy organisation,sales and marketing is involved dealing with clients financial issues,I am a very social person who work well with others, iv learnt how to work independenty always ask if I don't understand being punctual to a work environment. I enjoy the most working with a good team to achieve targets that are required as a team which lead to achieving team awards as a branch. The most challenging aspect is to maintain targets in all aspects because I would always fight to be at the top evrymonth.

Excellent learning curve but evil people manager
Client service, sales & marketing, credit application, processing transactions and jealousy people who spread rumours snakes back stabbers it a great company but it management will be it downfall love the company it growing and I believe in it that it will prosper in future regardless

Good learning experience, in ter
I have learnt a lot from Capitec about good client service, always being professional and timeous with everything I do.it has taught me how to put the client first by applying existing values of respect, diversity and maintaining a good working environment

Exellent learning curve
Working in a big group has taught me to be more considerate, it has halped me grow as an individual and gives me a meaning to come to work the next day. As I interact with a lot of clients daily I have learned that you treat individuals equally and not judge people based on their looks rather their charactor. I enjoy meeting client's expectations and going an extra mile to make sure they are satisfies with my service. I am a very friendly person so I adapt very easily to any situation. The most dificult thing about my job is not being able to meet client's need and there is nothing I can do about it.

Strong and High on live
eonard is a sympathetic, empathic affable and helpful person. Leonard has a tendency to appreciate tradition and hold a great deal of interest in maintaining established rules and procedures. He is an open warm and friendly person. Leonard loves planning to the smallest detail for maximum effect. Fiercely loyal to his friends, prepared to sacrifice his own wants for the needs of others. He is optimistic about life in general and human potential in particular. Care about people, long hours
The journey at capitec is quite an interesting one, from setting of in a jet to Cape town for the 2 weeks initation, to the actual working at a branch. Great company with great values, only unfortunate factor is corporate politics witch can simetimes be damaging to individuals and the business. I.e if a line manager has a grudge against you for any reason, your life is sure to be made hell.

Good learning curve
I work in a very busy company as we deal with clients on daily basis. We have a really good relationship with my colleagues as we are able to work as team more especial busy days.Working at Capitec bank has taught me how to be very patient and to work as a team in order to reach targets. what i enjoyed the most is having team buildings, having team learning sessions and the team spirit we have.the most changeling aspects of the job is having to deal with ignorant clients on busy days, but out of the challenges i have faced i have lot from them.

Learning many tasks at once, chance to get cash awards if achieved set targets are made, learning opportunities in banking, long hours without paid overtime

A rewarding experience
I am grateful for my experience at Capitec Bank. I picked up some good habits and enhanced my qualities. The experience has been both rewarding and challenging, but definitely worth it.
Pros: The freedom to learn as much as you can. One was not limited to learn anything.
Cons: Long working hours, favoritism, no growth.
