It a horrible company to work for nogrowth long hours no leave days. Can even buy decorations for Christmas. Management constantly lair about making a change just over worked and under paid.....

Good to learn in mistakes

I love my most current job role because we always play fun game related to our branch goal. We give our self target for the day and we do pressurise our self to make it at the end of the day.

I enjoy working with the diverse people in my work place as we all come with different experiences and knowledge. I have learnt that great customer service makes things easier for the company as it becomes easy to attract new customers and retain the existing ones. Pros: Having a chance of getting a bonus every quarter. Making sure the customer leaves satisfied
Cons: Overtime is not properly remunerated. Long hours, 10 hours the whole week month end.

I'm samukelisiwe ngubane from mpumalanga witbank, i have bachelor deegre and high certificate in marketing from university of zululand, i was assisting as a lab assistant and tutoring business management at university of zululand, i also work as a personal assistent at Roadsise raging and truck hire for two years. I'm excellent in macrosoft word, excel and powwerpoint, able to work with diversity people, i have strong relationship in customer service.

I am inexperienced working at banks but willing to learn more about working with people. I am very understanding and willing to make everyone happy. I love being around people and making them understand at all times.

Am a fast learner

Am able to communicate and in group work. I can work under pressure and have a good work ethic.Am willing to work and gain more experience and follow all the rules and regulations under the company. Am also willing to work as I would be instructed
