Good for learning management skills

I have managed to have skills to utilise in any management position but less salary scale and they don't appreciate good work they only blame Every one is a boss and Indian managers they are not educated but they are appointment as managers with lack of knowledge

Promotional goal achievable.

Excellent experience

My current company is a very big company ,where by now I have gained a lot of experience and there's no lot of pressure especially when you have done your work on time,,great people the problem is the salary and how they run the company all in all I enjoy my job

My learning curve is to stand for yourself and don't let people put down or discourage you.

My review is that where you work ,you should work and even if you think you can't , just to prove your managers that you can. Work your way up and don't give up. Do your job and talent.

Working at choppies
