Working with Suppliers on A daily based. Satisfying end users in what needs they needed. Working with Tenders and adjudications of tenders. Meeting deadlines. Working with Senior Management and employees in my Level.

We are not given study opportunities.

Morning routine- Health education to all the facility departments before the clinical colleagues could start seeing patients, updating my health education book- after that I give my previous day's report to the Clinic Head and my day schedule. After the clinic I have to do a community door to door visit, sometimes it would be in schools or an Early Development Centres- to conduct health education and identify health risks or issues and try to intervene. lf then there is a health awarenes event that I have planned I have to check its logistics and if not I write my daily report.

Pros: Suppotive management
Cons: Scarcity of resources, sometimes when you're doing awareness events you end up popping money from your own pocket for the success of the event.

Excellent learning curve

I would appreciate any field to upgrow myself on different industries..hence I'm a hard worker. An experience of a life time, I'm looking forward to benefits that will benefit my old age package..i would like to bring change to the company because of my presence.

Great exposure

The City of Ekurhuleni gives the youth of the city a great opportunity by offering full academic bursaries and a great 1 year internship after they have completed their studies. The stuff was very welcoming on my first day and they have really exposed me to great opportunities in the IT industry as they offered to pay the MCSA SQL database course at torque IT. Being involved in project had it's up and downs but I am very grateful for my supervisor to always guide me when needed.

A typical work day

l In my current role, my duties include project management, risk management, administration functions, operational management, contributing to target setting, performance management, and developing operational strategies. It also encompasses the development, maintenance, and monitoring in regards to human resource functions and managing social media platforms to ensure citizens within the City of Ekurhuleni are informed, in regards to all relevant information.

I have actually brought a vast of experience to the Municipality but there is still a room learning

I have just joined the Municipality , im still learning and also assisting a lot of issues in respect of compliance with national policies. Once again to be back to the municipality, i enjoy working the community. in general I'm enjoying my new job.Land invasion is the only challenge i am facing

Pros: As long as i brought a vast of experience, i still have to learn a lot in respect of old age rental management
Cons: Dealing with land invasion, its risky

Good communication, Interpersonal relation, perseverance, hard working and deadline driven

A Dynamic Youth who’s able to utilize teamwork, leadership, and pays particular attention to details and design and manage any task given or programs and projects that creates sustainable development impact. Being exposed to support services administration, risk management and audit and EPWP administration and reporting, I consider myself a decisive individual who has the ability to function at all levels within an organization. My tenacity and confidence allows me to rise above a situation and cash in on it. I often embrace challenges that present themselves and do not shy away from taking calculated risks, as I believe that this builds character.

It was a good place to gain experience.

A very hectic place to work in. And have a very good working relationship with co workers. I have learnt that one must have good communication skills and a very good work ethic.
