Great opportunity to improve stakeholder relationship, working with colleagues, unions and councillors. Excellent environment to apply innovation to deal with beaurocracy to deliver on objectives.

Cons: Beaurocracy leads to long periods for approval of strategies.

Community Support Program (field worker)

We do field work, educating the community about HIV and AIDS. And other communicable diseases as well as COVID-19. We encourage the public to vaccinate and we attend to social issues of the community and refer them to social services.
