i have a good relationship with my fellow colleagues, team work is what we are about. i have learned that the work environment does not need domestic baggage, when you leave home you leave all you home problem. and also i learned that team work is key. i enjoy my work when done as a team, and communication is important. the challenging part in my job is working without tools of work, such as company car and cell phone for communication.

Am good in iteracting with the customers and service levels have improved.
My work starts with stock count and balances. I relate in good faith with other employees across. I have learned a lot interms of staff development and SAP system used. My work as it comes with challenges on daily basis. Given opportunity to outsource materials from othe entities. Supply Chain Management as it opens up someone to make corretive decisions.

Excellent
My name is Dimakatso mohale age 27. I have studied Human Resources Management National diploma. I am working at Mayfair Clinic in Johannesburg doing internship. I am working with good people and they make me feel home.i have learned that customers comes first and they need to be treated equally. I enjoy working with the patients especially the kids. The most challenging moment is when the patients fight but I am good in handling conflict so I can say I am good at doing my job.
Pros: There are great opportunities for promotions but there is nothing promising that i will ever get a promotion

Great exposure to the industry
Responsible for the communications and stakeholder engagement on behalf of the Chief Whip and Speaker of Council, including arranging events and programmes for the Office. Engages with the Executive on behalf of the Legislature on issues pertaining to the work of oversight committees. Occasionally tasked with drafting speeches and responses for the Chief Whip and Speaker of Council, as well as drafting statements and media advisories, When called to do so, will research on topics of interest and draft opinion editorials, liaise with local and national media on developments, engage with members of the public for brand optimization and enhancement.

I have excellent telephone skills and have excelled as a call centre agent.
I am writing to express my interest in the stock controller position. I have worked for the past Two years at City of Johannesburg working as a telephone debt collection call centre agent and I have my high school metric certificate in addition to my experiences. I understand good customer service is paramount when working on the phones. I am able to convince people to pay old debts and I believe I can convince people to pay their bills as well. I have excellent telephone skills and have excelled as a call centre agent. I understand how to use call centre equipment, computer databases and headsets. I know the importance of using provided scripts when speaking with potential customers. I am very persuasive and understand how to keep people on the phone.

Excellent learning curve
Capturing reports Filling Checking emails Checking reports or documents before sending to their department. What I've learnt: Responsibility How to interact with other co-workers Relationship with co-workers was great ,kind, friendly environment. What I really enjoyed was company of co-workers, relationship with colleagues and the treatment. The challenges I faced was long working hours, extra effort.

Excellent learning curve
It's a good field of work, the employees are very generous and dedicated bro their work, motivated and show a lot of patience. Working hours are okay which are from 9 to 5,I've adjusted to them and don't really have anything to say regarding that but I do feel I could be getting paid a little more.

The Good. 1. Understanding the dynamics around population growth and opportunity it presents. 2. Engaging with different stakeholders to understand and shape the growth trajectory of the City 3. Ability to present solution for Senior Executive and politicians on finance and administrative matters 4. Ability to engage foreign donor funders The Bad 1. Limited innovation due to cumbersome regulations 2. Restriction on travelling and careers growth platforms. 3. Politicians making decision not supported by empirical facts 4. lack decisive action on non performance on critical areas 5. No financial reward for hard working, or completion of major projects, or except for extra leave days

Good
Working at absa was the best thing because i have gained lot of experience like communication skills and how to approached people in a good manner and also the Dress Code my relationship with my co-workers was perfect because they helped me where i needed assistance from them,they were so patient with me with everything i was asking based on work things i had no challenges as i had good co-workers around me, so my internship was not that difficult cause they taught me to ask if i dont understand something "ITS BETTER TO ASK UNLIKE DOING WRONG THINGS" that was their slogan
