Challenging job

That is a changeling job. With lot of safety preoccupations, we deal with customers every minute. We have to deliver 24 hours. People don't want to spend more than 30 minutes without electricity even though we have shortage of Artisans,

Excellent

The company offers great opportunities for growth. There is a good working relations with other employees. The company offered me great project management, design, and management experience. I enjoy working in diverse and executing a lot is tasks. The most challenging aspects is the employees disciplinary process.

Pros: There are great opportunities to grow and to develop.
Cons: There are long working hours since I am mostly on standby.

Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, relationship with my co-workers is good, I can rely on them and they can rely on me for assistance, What I enjoy the most is finding solutions to the challenges I'm faced with. Dealing with difficult clients although I wouldn't say it's a challenge, for me, it's an opportunity to be holistic and flexible in my thinking and to perfect interpersonal skills.

I believe that I am the ideal candidate for this job because I'm a fast learner,responsible, reliable person,passionate of learning new things,honest,self motivated,hard worker, I work well in a team environment,accurate and I take pride in everything I do. Learning curve was brilliant

I have good relationship with my core-worker.i have learned that perseverance is the mother of success ,when it comes to be dealing with customers who are immersed into politics.i enjoy reaching a point wherein both parties egree to disagree.focusing when it comes to capital its so much challenging.

Excellent learning chance and gaining experience

Am a hard working young woman. My main goal is to be placed in a industry were I can grow educational and gain more experience in proving good services to clients as a business. During the one year contract at City of Tshwane Municipality as a general worker, i was sometimes asked to fill in positions e.g receptionist as they saw my capabilities as a good team leader, good clientele services and ability to follow instructions as given. I have computer skills, phone skills, Leadership and managerial skills. I am also willing to learn more

Good communication.threating other employees equaliy and help each other.

I'm a handworker.I'm willing to work as a team and the good communication.Assist with motivation, recruitment and induction. Filling document. Scan and copies

Pros: Im working as admin/Hr doing capturing,scan,filling and emails.asssist with booking interviews.assist with process of shortlist.
Cons: im working with people that are love each other and share with us for experience,skill and knowledge.

Learn how to interact with different people from different back grounds

The working environment is great. my field colleagues are awesome. knocking in to people house is unpredictable due to other people are welcoming, while others are terrible and impatient. It all depends on the kind of person we find in the household.

Pros: working hours are short I can study
