Good place to learn at.

On a normal work day, I communicate with different departments within the City to arrange meeting to do Business Impact Analysis workshops. I have a great relationship with my colleagues, as we work in groups. I have learned how to conduct business impact analysis workshops and awarenesses as well. I enjoy interacting with people from other departments within the City and also doing site visits to see how the city works. The challenges I normally come across is when my clients don't understand what Business Continuity is about. And it becomes a struggle for me to get information from them as they would see it as a fruitless excercise until they come across an incident within their place of work.

OHS Training specialist

Fine and accommodative Healthy relationship with all my co-workers Respect and value the ethics of my organization Enjoy standing in front of the employees facilitating Conduct OHS training to almost 30 thousands employees for the entire city of Tshwane alone

Typing,

arranging meeting, taking minutes, compiling the attendance register, compiling the monthly report, making copies, scanning, distributing payslips to personnel

It's been a year since I joined at Tshwane municipality and I learned a lot as an office admin assistant including : Being capable of dealing with a computer office program everyday particularly word excel ,PowerPoint and Access. Good challenging environment which is politically volatile

Any work day at Tshwane is great and have it’s own challenges Workers are general friendly and passionate about their work I enjoy doing sometjydiffteng regularly

Pros: Pays good with great benefits. Take care if it’s employees
Cons: Things can change quickly. Bad management and politically influenced
