Senior Management Experience
My month is categorized by various duties. In the first week of the month I concentrate on Incident management. This includes reporting to EXCO, Incident audits, I.T Team performances, etc. Week two I concentrate on the application under my stewardship. That would be the ITSM tool for the tracking of all requests and changes in the organisation. This week usually blends with important tasks that require physical representation (meetings, etc.) Week 3 & 4 is Operations based where I concentrate on reports, training, performance management, employee relation etc. These time scales are not fixed in stone and tasks and responsibilities can intermingle. What have I learnt can’t be contained in a single note, so to summarize it, I would say the top of the list would be: Personal growth on an emotional intelligence level. Experience with communicating with senior management and above. Financial Management, Operational Leadership.
Pros: Brilliant Opportunity
Cons: None

Challenge opportunities
I worked to serve customers my whole life of work experience where I've learned to give attention to detail, cause every detail is important to complete a task. We all have different expertise but we respect each others. The most challenging part in my job is when a customer speaks a language I dont understand then bad communication takes place. Our brand is different and unique in a way of living. We have trainings now and again cause we get new products frequently but I am proud to sell our products cause they fit my style.
Pros: Recruit staff develop them
Cons: Long hour

Fast learner
a typical work day is being a cashier and giving customer service i have a very good understanding with my co-workers and we have respect for each other. so far I've learned how to work with a difficult customer and how the industry works. what i enjoy the most is seeing customers leaving with a smile and them actually telling us they appreciate what we doing and what we put in each day. the most challenging part of this work is when a customer wants a product and we don't have any stock or we don't sell what they're looking for and they start shouting at you or asking why we can't have the product
Pros: the staff discount
Cons: long working hours

Excellent and progressive organisation
typical work day can be challenging as new issues or opportunities to advance the business are discovered and must be acted upon. Co-workers are like family, and the open plan office contributes to this. The standards for delivery are high and people are held to them, so one learns to do quality work and learns attention to detail. The fact that each day is different is enjoyable - and the company is always changing . Little room for own decision making can be challenging.
Pros: opportunity to work on exciting projects
Cons: fast paced and tough culture
