I am an extrovet person,team player and a good learner

Being a locum at different clicks have given me so much knowledge in the pharmacy industry.Last employed at medirite pharmacy as well it been a lot of experience for me.dealing with different patient and getting different script it had given me an opportunity to learn alot.I have 3 year experience in retail pharmacy and 1 month in the hospitality industry,i am doing well with prescription and over the counter medication.i am a team player and willing to learn and face everu challege at work.if i need information about meds i refer to SAMF for more information of speak to my line pharmacist .

Excellent learning curve

Clicks group is a big company full of opportunities based on management field,they treat their employees with dignity and respect more importantly they put their first.what I like about clicks is they value the Batho pele principle.

Employee Motivation

For the amount of responsibility and accountability management is upholding., the remuneration is not to par. The company should at least consider increasing salaries for staff if they are expected to be the Jack's of all trades.

Job review

It’s a very good opportunity they gave me a platform to prove my talent and skills. It’s challenging sometimes when don’t have enough stock and it’s in high demands. And hard to balance life as we work long hours. But either than that I enjoy events because e get to engage with different costumers

Everyday is a different day It’s a hard working environment but you learn how to manage your business and learn skills that you never thought you had It’s a tough tough environment but needs strong and focused mature individuals

Excellent learning experience

I have learned a lot about running a business. Taking responsibility and ownership of my business and life. Training and developing people. Industrial relationships. Managing and controlling expenses Peoples skills e. g building good business relationships and meeting new people all the time. What I enjoyed in this journey of retail is that it teaches you about life and you become a counselor, a motivator, a parent and a mediator. It has defined me and with their beyonder program life has been much easier for me to accept who I am, to identify different types of people and characters and how to handle them. What I don't like is the working hours.

Great place to be for entry level, acquire basic knowledge and experience within the industry.

I'd advise people to apply for start up job here and get to entry level of business. Dealing with different customers which makes you learn on how to handle situations and pressure. Working together as a team and achieving goals.

Pros: Great opportunity for practice, especially if you are studying PR and marketing
Cons: Working shifts, and long hours but you get used to it

Good start for a career in production

This is my first time working at a warehouse, I've always been office-based so this is a giid start for me since I'm looking to put my recently acquired skills into use. I'm learning as much as I can and my colleagues are not scared to share information about what's going on.
